In 2016, Vishal made his debut as a composer with the Tamil film Devi, setting the stage for his remarkable career. He gained recognition for his work on the soundtrack of Qarib Qarib Single, where his composition “Jaane De,” beautifully sung by Atif Aslam, became a fan favorite. This marked the beginning of a series of successful collaborations, including songs composed for films like Munna Michael, FU: Friendship Unlimited, and Yamla Pagla Deewana Phir Se, where he created the “Rafta Rafta” medley.
